Elevated Nominated for Webby Awards

Elevated, which Cosmic’s own Dan Olsen executed color on, has been nominated for both a Webby and People’s Voice Webby in the Branded Documentary category of this year’s The Webby Awards.

In an effort to make the outdoor and rock climbing industry more inclusive, Deaf climber Sonya Wilson shares her testimony in overcoming barriers and gaining acceptance while hosting climbing retreats with both hearing and Deaf outdoor enthusiasts in this documentary produced by Spruce Tone.

The film, presented by Eddie Bauer, had its world premiere at the 2022 Mountainfilm Festival in May. The film was featured in an array of film festivals across the world including the 2022 European Outdoor Film Tour. Vimeo selected Elevated as a Staff Pick in June.
